Hitech Cleaning Services specialise in all types of upholstery cleaning including fabric (cotton, wool, tapestry, velvet, velour) and leather. Quality cleaning products are used that will not damage or bleach the material. Our technicians will do an initial test patch where necessary in an inconspicuous place to determine its suitability for cleaning and to ensure it is colorfast and that it can be cleaned safely, if there is any doubt the technician will not continue. The upholstery will be deodorized and a FREE antibacterial treatment is applied on all fabric upholstery, normally an additional $11 per seat section.

The entire suite is cleaned; the front, back and sides, with particular attention applied to the head rests, arm rests and where your feet knock at the bottom. If the cushions turn over, both sides of the cushions are cleaned and a special attachment is used to get into the tight areas.

Our technicians use quality leather cleaning products and will clean the entire suite by hand using soft cloths and brushes. Particular attention is applied to any cracks, crevices or folds on the suite. The leather lounge is cleaned and then moisturized to feed the leather.

Upholstery and leather cleaning is sufficiently more time consuming than the other services Hitech Cleaning Services offers, however when you are making the booking, our sales executives will ensure sufficient time to allow to the technician to achieve optimal results. Upon completion of the cleaning, you will receive a Hitech Cleaning Services Written Guarantee on the Workmanship.

Our carpet cleaning technicians will thoroughly clean your valuable assets, which will help eradicate these problems and advise you on ways to prevent them coming back.

In order for this process to be most effective and to get a thorough clean on the carpets, we use a method of carpet cleaning called Hot Water Extraction. This method is recommended by Standards Australia and is completely safe to use on all types of carpet, including wool and nylon blends. With all carpet cleaning provided by Hitech Cleaning Services, a FREE deodorising and Antibacterial Treatment is included. This treatment kills mould, fungal spoors, mildew and bacteria that may be breeding in the carpet and is normally valued at an additional $11 per average house room.

We have fully trained technicians, who, on arrival will inspect the carpets for any stains or marks you may be concerned about. The technician will work on these areas for you offering advice on future care and protection for the carpet. The technician will move the necessary furniture and pre-spray the entire carpeted area. Where required, a specially designed pile rake will be used on the heavy traffic areas, for example, hallways, doorways and walkways.

When the cleaning is completed, the technician will return the furniture to its original position and coaster the required furniture so it won’t mark the carpet. The technician will then walk you through for you to inspect the work to ensure your satisfaction and you will receive a Hitech Cleaning Services Written Guarantee on the Workmanship. We do not offer rush in, rush out jobs and will always allow for sufficient time to bring the carpets up to their best.

Tiles, like carpet eventually need professional attention. Without proper protection, food spills, drinks, mud and dirt from shoes wreak havoc on your ceramic tiles. While tiles are extremely durable, they need regular care to provide lasting performance and visual appeal, especially in the heavy traffic areas.

Generally, floors are swept and mopped and initially this appears fine but eventually the tiles get darker, specifically in the traffic areas. Mopping only cleans the disinfects the very top layer (similar to vacuuming carpets) and over time the dirt and soil from the mop is absorbed into the grout between the tiles which leaves them dull and discoloured. When the technician inspects the site to be cleaned he will check for:

Any damage or fatigue (cracked or missing grout, visible air pockets, chalking or crumbling of grout, cracked or chipped tiles)

Stains or colour damage and level and type of soiling

Type of tile (ceramic etc). Some tiles require special attention – terracotta is one example, our technician will discuss this with you on site

Any other conditions to affect job progress (furniture etc)

To maintain the appearance of the clean tile and grout, we offer a stain protection at an additional cost. The technician will check for inferior sealer by wiping or spraying water on the grout and will be able to tell if any protection is present. lf the sealer needs to re-applied the technician can do so after the tiles and grout have been cleaned. The sealing product is applied over the grout, creating a long lasting durable layer of protection that prevents dirt and spills being absorbed by the grout.

Hitech Cleaning Services has Government Licensed Technicians who will provide the latest in Pest Control and products that are entirely safe to use around asthmatics and allergy sufferers, pregnant women, children, pets and plants.

The technician will spray the interior of your premises for cockroaches, silverfish and spiders with no smell, no mess and no need to empty cupboards. All skirting boards will be sprayed and every cupboard, wardrobe, drawer and appliance (if applicable) will be treated accordingly. If you have a manhole, the technician will do a FREE roof dust (normally an additional $44). The technician has a small machine/puffer that is placed into the ceiling that blows a fine dust through the roof space and down into the wall cavities. This process will kill any cockroaches, silverfish or spiders which may be breeding in these areas and will ultimately stop the breeding cycle.

Hitech Cleaning Services also offers an outdoor pest control service by spraying the perimeter of the house/office, windows, eaves, doors, gutters, garages, garden sheds, pool, BBQ and patio areas, sandpits, swings, cubbies, clothes lines, rubbish bins and mailboxes.*

Hitech Cleaning Services offers a service warranty for your home or business premises, not a guarantee. We do not guarantee you will not see any cockroaches, silverfish or spiders in the warranty period but as the product takes effect, any new insects will come in contact with the product residue and die. For this reason, it is important to wait 4 – 6 weeks after the initial spray to ensure the products take full effect, however, if there is a new infestation, a technician will come back to treat the problem area at no extra charge.
